With advanced credentials as a Shame Treatment Specialist, I am uniquely equipped to guide clients in untangling the deeply rooted feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt that can hold them back. Much of my work focuses on supporting those impacted by various forms of trauma, fostering a safe space for healing and resilience. I work with clients in all kinds of diverse backgrounds, and approach therapy in a way that acknowledges and celebrates their unique journeys.
